New Places, Old Friends

I feel lazy about writing in my blog these days. Maybe because it’s too hot and humid outside, or maybe the reason is that we have internet only on our laptop and our pictures on our desktop computer. Do the math here...

So couple of weeks ago we finally did some sightseeing. My dear Ukrainian friend Maria agreed to show us around a little bit. I wish we had more time together and maybe kids that were at least a little interested in stuff like that.

We started off of this: (after this picture our camera died, so Maria took some pictures for us with her camera)

Then we went to the National Museum. Again, it is FREE. But a lot of people love free stuff, as you know, alas the museum was really crowded. We still had a great time there.

 

There was this cool little discovery room for kids. It had all the cool things for exploration. There was even a crocodile head so you could touch/feel it and see how many teeth it has and stuff like that.

We had a great time and i hope we’ll go there again sometime when kids are a little older and excited about things like that.
